How to Transmit Logs

OPTION 1

Step 1) Open the Administer Screen by double clicking the Remote Backup Icon on your desktop.

Step 2) Click yes to send the logs to Enveloc’s Technical Support.

OPTION 2

Step 1) Click the Start key on your computer, then choose Programs/Enveloc Remote Backup/Send Logs.

Step 2) Click yes to send the logs to Enveloc's Technical Support
