Remote Assistance

We can help solve problems by remotely connecting to your desktop with your permission. If requested by technical support, click on the specified link below and choose “Open” or “Run.” Once the remote access has ended, the access software will be automatically removed from your machine.

Restoration files on media

If restoration files needed by a client are more than 1 or 2 GB in size, Enveloc will  provide them on external media for the following fees:

If the files fit on an 8GB flash drive, the charge will be $100 in advance, with $50 of that refundable on return of the drive within 15 days of receipt.

If the files are larger than that, a USB external hard drive will be used with a total of $150 charged in advance, $100 of which is refundable on return of the drive within 15 days of receipt.

Enveloc will ship the drive via FedEx Overnight Standard (if available) with expedited service available for additional fees.

Drives must be returned intact within 15 days of receipt using insured and trackable carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc) in order to be refunded.

 

Home Support

 Total Control Backup Support

Support for Total Control Backup is via email. Additional live support is available for a fee.

Live support is charged at the rate of $100 per hour with a 15 min. minimum. A credit card is required

For a limited time, Total Control Backup users will receive basic Live Support at no charge (during regular business hours.)
